To achieve the target of “Zero accidents and work-related illnesses”, Toyota Boshoku Asia Co., Ltd. has stipulated safety and health policy to serve as operational guidelines as follows.
1.It is the responsibility of all employees on all levels to maintain workplace safety.
2.The company is committed to strictly complying with all occupational safety and health laws and relevant requirements.
3.The company shall strive to identify hazards or risks which may cause work-related injuries and illnesses by applying hazard identification methods or techniques such as risk assessment, STOP6 inspection, fire prevention activity, nearmiss report with everyone's participation, etc.
4.The company shall ensure that all potential hazards in the workplace are eliminated or controlled by taking appropriate and effective countermeasures to prevent work-related accidents, injuries or illnesses.
5.The company shall promote and support safety and health activities, including the development of knowledge and skills of employees, to raise safety awareness and improve the safety and health culture continuously
